Another Florida Police Officer Arrested

Last week, Polk County police officer, Kimberly Torres, was arrested for two felonies. She is accused of using her police computer to get information about criminal defendants and giving it to someone else not associated with the law enforcement. She was arrested on two counts of Unlawful Use of a Computer.

Torres is accused of accessing information from the Florida Crime Information Center (FCIC), which contains information published by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
