Man in Florida Arrested 190 Times

Boca Raton man, Henry Farrell, has now been arrested 190 times in Florida.

Farrell, who is 46 years-old, was arrested for drug possession and carjacking in Florida. If Farrell has 2 prior felony convictions within the past 5 years in Florida, one of which is not drug possession, he can be classified as a "Habitual Offender" on the carjacking.

If you are classified as a habitual offender in Florida, the regular punishment is doubled. For example, if you are charged with a 3rd degree felony, the regular punishment is a maximum of 5 years in prison. If you are charged as a habitual offender, the max punishment goes from 5 years to 10.
