A man who is a police officer in Louisville has been arrested in Tampa, Florida. Lt. Jerald Fifer was arrested for
Aggravated Domestic Battery with a Deadly Weapon and
False Imprisonment
Florida State Troopers say he dragged a woman into a car on the side of the interstate. Fifer is no stranger to the criminal justice system himself. Six years ago, he was arrested for DUI after getting into an accident.
