New Jersey Police Officer Arrested for Theft
A Jersey City 21 year vet of the police force has been arrested for theft and police misconduct. Eugene Falconetti was charged with taking a bribe for not performing a police duty, such as arresting someone. The court set a $50,000 bond for Falconetti.
