Oregon Police Officer Arrested for Harassing Phone Calls

A police officer in Portland, Oregon has been arrested for telephone harassment and official misconduct. Joseph Wild was arrested and charged with 60 criminal counts of telephone harassment and 71 counts of official misconduct. The investigation started after the department received complaints from women who said Wild repeatedly called them. Wild has been with the department for 4 years and it is not known if he has arrested other citizens for the same misconduct.
