A Nassau County corrections officer has been arrested in Fernandina Beach, Florida for allowing inmates to smuggle drugs into the jail. Cody Flint-Davis has been arrested and charged in Nassau County for failure to perform his duties as a Nassau County Sheriff’s Officer, official misconduct, and for disclosing secret law enforcement information.
Nassau County police say Flint-Davis is shown on camera allowing Florida inmates to conceal drugs in mop buckets, giving inmates dirty pictures, and telling inmates about possible searches by corrections personnel. His Nassau County bond was set at $55,010.00.
